MPT pede bloqueio de bens do Flamengo

O Ministério Público do Trabalho (MPT) pediu hoje (21) o bloqueio e penhora dos bens do Clube de Regatas do Flamengo. A medida, segundo nota do MPT, é para “garantir o pagamento de indenizações trabalhistas, a serem apuradas em ação principal futuramente ajuizada, de todos os envolvidos no incêndio que vitimou fatalmente dez jovens”. A ação está na 13ª Vara.

Ontem (20), o Ministério Público e a Defensoria Pública do Rio de Janeiro pediram o bloqueio de R$ 57,5 milhões das contas clube e o fechamento imediato do Centro de Treinamento George Helal, o Ninho do Urubu, onde no dia 8 ocorreu o incêndio no alojamento dos atletas de base, que matou dez pessoas e feriu três.
