Aumento de passagem de ônibus em São Luis

A Secretaria Municipal de Trânsito e Transportes (SMTT) informa que os valores das tarifas de ônibus do sistema de transporte urbano de São Luís vão ser reajustados e passam a custar, a partir de 0h deste sábado (26/01), R$ 3,40 nas linhas integradas e R$ 2,95 nas linhas não integradas.

O reajuste concedido ficou abaixo do que solicitavam os consórcios que operam o serviço de transporte coletivo na capital e foram aplicados com base em regras contratuais que levam em consideração, entre outros, os custos de mão de obra, preço dos combustíveis e outros insumos e o Índice Nacional de Preços ao Consumidor (INPC).

A SMTT informa que as recargas realizadas antes do reajuste da tarifa nos cartões estudantis, de vale transporte e do bilhete único terão validade até 26/02/2019.

O sistema de transporte coletivo de São Luís possui 171 linhas, sendo 144 integradas e 27 não integradas. A frota circulante é de 837 veículos e atende uma média diária de 500 mil passageiros.
